What we collect

When you contact us through the site form or through our agent endpoint (book_call), we collect the details you provide: name, email, company, and your message, plus basic attribution like the page you came from and UTM parameters. We retain initial referral and campaign details for the current tab session to understand how inquiries reach us. We do not sell this information.

How it is used

To respond to your inquiry and run our own pipeline. We do not sell personal information or share it with anyone outside the service providers that run the site: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), and Resend (email).

Website measurement and client accounts

We use Vercel Web Analytics on public marketing pages to measure visits and successful inquiry submissions. Custom inquiry events include only the page path, not your name, email or message. Our analytics integration removes query strings and does not run on admin or client portal pages. Vercel Web Analytics does not use analytics cookies.

Approved clients can sign in through Supabase to view shared project information. Authentication uses session cookies. Project responses are stored with the signed-in identity so the team can follow up on decisions.

Agent surface

Our MCP endpoint exposes the same public information as this website plus the ability to submit a contact request. Agent-submitted leads are stored exactly like form submissions and marked by source.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiries while they are relevant to an active or potential engagement. To access or delete your information, email doug@doubleshotftw.com and we will respond within 30 days. Material changes to this policy update the date above.
